Evolutionary genomics of pathogens Croll lab at University of Neuchatel

Sarai Reyes is an evolutionary biologist interested in data analysis and statistics applied to biology. She received a B.Sc. in Genomics Sciences from the National University of Mexico in 2019 (UNAM) and a PhD in 2025 from the University of Neuchatel. Her ongoing research mainly focuses on the study of foreign DNA, in the field of genetically modified organisms and the use of models to infer ancestry.

Sarai is supported by a BRIDGE Proof of Concept grant.
